The Senior Manager, Strategic Deals, Aerospace & Defense at Xometry will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence within the aerospace and defense sector. Key responsibilities include leading complex pursuits within priority aerospace and defense accounts to expand revenue and program share. The role requires developing deal strategies aligned with aerospace procurement cycles, supplier qualification processes, and long-term supply agreements. Additionally, the Senior Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technically complex, compliance-driven opportunities, define pricing and supply strategies tailored to regulated manufacturing environments, and ensure strong execution from sourcing through delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of progressive experience within aerospace and defense manufacturing environments, including roles in production, supply chain, procurement, program management, or commercial leadership. A proven track record operating within aerospace OEMs, defense primes, or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers is essential. The candidate should demonstrate experience in driving revenue growth, securing program awards, negotiating supply agreements, and managing strategic procurement relationships within the aerospace and defense sector. A strong understanding of advanced manufacturing principles, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, is required. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $176,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
