Senior Manager, Product Management
SOCi, a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to join our Product team. This team is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and roadmap for SOCi’s platform, collaborating cross-functionally to build innovative, scalable solutions that drive customer value and business growth.
In this role, you will lead a defined product area and manage a small team of product managers. Your responsibilities include driving strategy and execution for key platform capabilities, translating company objectives into actionable roadmaps, and delivering impactful solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful product outcomes and measurable customer value.
The ideal candidate will have 6–8+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company, including 1–3 years of people management experience. Previous experience in the Martech or SEO industry is preferred. Strong technical acumen, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), data technologies, APIs, and modern software architectures are essential. Solid understanding of product management frameworks, agile methodologies, and development processes is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with an analytical mindset and a passion for building customer-centric products, are crucial.
