HR Operations Manager (HRIS & Data Operations)
SOCi, a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize HR systems, employee lifecycle operations, and data integrity across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
The HR Operations Manager will serve as the primary administrator of the HRIS ecosystem (UKG), managing system configurations, workflows, integrations, and reporting. Key responsibilities include leading system enhancements, conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity, developing sophisticated HR dashboards, overseeing employee lifecycle operations such as promotions and terminations, and managing compensation cycles including merit reviews and bonuses. Additionally, the role involves leading the HR service delivery model to ensure timely resolution of employee inquiries and supporting annual programs like Open Enrollment.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HRIS roles, with deep hands-on experience with UKG. Strong technical expertise in managing HR systems, integrations, and workflows is essential, along with experience in HR data analysis and reporting, preferably with SQL. Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle operations and familiarity with tools such as Awardco, Lattice, or 360Learning are also desired.
