Commercial Counsel

SOCi is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its expanding in-house legal team. This role is pivotal in supporting large sales teams by negotiating various commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Reseller Agreements, and Partnership Agreements. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial law, with specific experience in enterprise-level negotiations within the SaaS industry.
