Everlaw is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Lead to join our Product team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Leads, guiding the development of our investigation and litigation platform. This platform empowers legal teams across law firms, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to work more efficiently in discovering truth and promoting justice.

As a Manager, Product Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of talented Product Leads. Your duties will include hiring decisions that reinforce our values and contribute positively to our team culture. You will provide individual mentorship to help your team achieve their career goals, set clear objectives, offer feedback, and manage project workloads. Additionally, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and market opportunities, driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in product management for web and/or mobile applications, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Excellent people and project management skills are essential, along with a process-driven approach and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. A proven track record of strategic product thinking that bridges product development and business teams is highly valued.

This full-time position is based in our Oakland, California office, following a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays. The expected salary range for this role is between $185,000 and $234,000, depending on experience and skills.
