Senior Manager, Procurement
Alo is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead and enhance the company's sourcing and procurement strategies across indirect spend categories, including warehouse operations, packaging, and facilities. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Procurement and is pivotal in building a modern procurement capability that drives cost efficiency and supports Alo's growth trajectory.
The Senior Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies, balancing cost, service, speed, and innovation to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include establishing strategic vendor relationships, leading high-stakes negotiations, implementing vendor performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for value creation and new sourcing models. Additionally, the role involves driving the adoption of best-in-class procurement practices, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure strong controls and governance, and serving as a trusted partner to functional leaders.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in indirect sourcing and procurement, ideally within the retail industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex negotiations, along with strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
