This position is responsible for defining and scaling Xometry's supplier network, encompassing acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention processes. The role involves setting the vision, building strategies, and overseeing initiatives that strengthen the supply base, while managing a small team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for Xometry’s supplier network, including segmentation, tiering, and performance standards. The role also involves designing and launching incentive programs and engagement models to improve partner quality, retention, and growth. Collaboration with Partner Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams is essential to ensure effective implementation and communication of programs. Additionally, the Senior Manager will manage and develop a team focused on supplier acquisition, onboarding, and activation, while tracking key performance indicators and analyzing supplier behavior to optimize programs and continuously improve outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of translating marketplace goals into supplier programs, with a proven track record of managing and developing talent. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools is required, along with strong communication skills to influence executives and simplify complex ideas. A builder/doer mindset is essential, with the ability to launch pilots, iterate quickly, and scale proven models. Qualifications include 8+ years in supply, partner, channel strategy, program design, or marketplace operations, proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to senior leadership, experience creating and scaling partner or supplier programs, a track record of managing small teams, and strong skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $150,000 - $196,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
