Axiom Law is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving the systems, planning frameworks, and processes that underpin our revenue performance. As a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and executive stakeholders, the Senior Manager will influence decisions and lead cross-functional alignment to support Axiom's growth strategy.

The Senior Manager will own and drive end-to-end territory design and segmentation strategy, including account allocation, coverage models, and market prioritization. Responsibilities include leading annual and ongoing planning cycles, such as territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling. The role requires balancing growth, efficiency, and seller productivity through data-driven territory and coverage design, as well as continuously evaluating and optimizing territory performance.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative roles. A proven track record of owning and driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact is essential. Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders (Director+ / VP level) and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments are also required.

The annual base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $95,500, with eligibility for a 20% annual bonus, depending on experience.
