Talent Acquisition Manager (Legal)
Axiom Law is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our North America Talent team. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and attracting top-tier legal talent to support Axiom's innovative legal services model. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include executing the North America Talent Acquisition strategy through traditional and creative recruitment channels. The manager will serve as the primary point of contact for lawyer and legal professional candidates, managing them through the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves advising company leaders on industry talent trends and developing customized recruitment plans to attract legal professionals to work with Axiom's diverse client base.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within the legal industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build relationships with sophisticated candidates and internal stakeholders, and excellent organizational abilities are essential. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual base salary range of $72,500 to $80,000 for this role based in Chicago. The position is also eligible for a Quarterly Bonus Plan, targeting 30% of the base salary.
