The role also involves analyzing sales data to refine prospecting methods, representing KnowBe4 at industry events in countries like Mexico and Colombia, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and deal integrity.

Candidates must have over 10 years of B2B sales experience with a deep focus on the Latin American market, specifically Spanish-speaking regions, and at least 5 years of people management experience in the area. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, along with deep cultural awareness of the region, is essential. Strong strategic planning skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a willingness to travel approximately 30–35% to engage with partners and teams on the ground are also required.
