Senior Manager, International Retail Marketing
Alo Yoga is seeking a Senior Manager of International Retail Marketing to lead the planning and execution of its global retail expansion. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle of international store openings, from initial concept to successful launch, ensuring each opening aligns with the brand's standards and objectives. The position is based in Beverly Hills, California, and requires close collaboration with various cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, on-brand experiences.
Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans for new international store openings, maintaining timelines, and coordinating with teams such as Visual Merchandising, Community, PR, and Digital. The role also involves overseeing all aspects of event production, managing budgets, vendor relations, and complex logistics tailored to each market's nuances. Additionally, the Senior Manager will travel internationally to oversee on-site execution, ensuring each store opening meets Alo's global standards of excellence.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses creative problem-solving abilities, and is comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva/Pitch, Asana, and other project management tools is also required.
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 per year, with additional components of the total rewards package that may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, and a progressive benefits package.
