Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable
The Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable at Celonis will lead the global collections strategy, focusing on optimizing cash flow and resolving delinquent accounts. Based in Madrid, this role involves overseeing the collections team and collaborating with various internal departments to support the company's rapid growth.
Key responsibilities include managing the collections team, driving projects to enhance collection processes, preparing forecasts and scenario planning for future cash flows, and coordinating bad debt provisions. The role also entails delivering high-level reports and analyses to executives, implementing strategies to reduce payment delays, monitoring global accounts, leading complex dispute resolutions, analyzing historical data to identify trends, and partnering with accounting operations to streamline payments and process improvements.
Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with proven experience in a collections or finance leadership role. Business fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being advantageous. Strong communication skills for managing relationships with internal stakeholders and multinational teams are required, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
