Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales EMEA
As a Senior Manager for Enterprise Sales at Gong, you will lead and develop a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your leadership will directly influence the growth of the Enterprise team and contribute to Gong's overall success.
Your primary responsibilities will include hiring and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, consistently delivering against team revenue goals, assisting your team throughout strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Gong's value, and partnering with sales leadership to refine a successful and repeatable sales process. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and address challenges facing the team, regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account strategies and maximize customer value.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in the software industry, a successful track record of exceeding quota achievement as both a manager and individual contributor in enterprise sales, and previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up. Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and a Global Accounts Program is a significant advantage. Excellent business acumen and a deep understanding of how revenue leaders think, along with experience selling into sales leadership at the C and VP levels, are also required.
