Senior Manager, Customer Success
The Senior Customer Success Manager is a strategic and supportive role within Euna Solutions' Customer Success team, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success. This position focuses on ensuring that B2B SaaS customers in the public sector achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of Euna's products. By understanding customer business needs, the Senior Customer Success Manager develops and implements strategies to help clients achieve their goals and builds strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Euna's B2B SaaS products and their applications in the public sector, leading regular customer meetings with executives and key stakeholders, and designing and executing customer success plans. The role also involves conducting regular customer check-ins to monitor progress, identifying issues, and addressing concerns. Additionally, the Senior Customer Success Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field. Experience performing technical software demonstrations and working with public sector customers in a B2B SaaS environment is essential. A strong understanding of public sector finance, budgeting, or other key functional processes and regulations is also required. Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, CRM ticketing tools, and other relevant software applications is necessary.
