Senior Project Manager (Grants)
The Senior Project Manager at Euna Solutions is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, multi-year enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects. This role requires a seasoned professional adept at balancing high-level project governance with hands-on management of detailed implementation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes for both clients and the organization.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; facilitating advanced project status sessions, resource assignments, and statement of work reviews; and championing customer retention and platform adoption through proactive engagement and recovery plans for at-risk accounts. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will mentor project managers, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards aligned with organizational goals.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with over five years of project management experience focusing on SaaS or public sector projects. Proven success in managing enterprise-level projects and leading cross-functional teams is essential. Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% are also required. A PMP certification is preferred or should be actively pursued.
Euna Solutions offers a competitive base salary ranging from $88,000 to $110,000, depending on the candidate's background and contributions.
