Sr Implementation Manager (Budget)

Euna Solutions is seeking a client-focused Senior Implementation Manager to lead the adoption of Euna Budget, our advanced budgeting software, by public sector organizations. In this role, you will guide clients through the implementation process, analyze their budgeting needs, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple client implementations from initiation to completion, analyzing existing budgeting processes to suggest enhancements, migrating and loading data using our Excel-based interface, overseeing project timelines, tracking progress, resolving issues, and collaborating with various departments to ensure client success. Additionally, you will become a product expert and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in software application delivery, encompassing systems implementation, project management, analysis, quality assurance, or training. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis is essential, along with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. A self-starter attitude with minimal oversight and comfort in client-facing roles are also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in public sector or budgeting domains such as municipal, healthcare, or education sectors, knowledge of forecasting, grant accounting, or financial planning tools, and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS, as well as project management applications like Cloud Coach or Asana.
