Senior Java Engineer (CEX experience) - Mandarin Speaking
Hyphen Connect is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of backend systems for our centralized exchange (CEX). This role is integral to supporting our core business operations and involves designing complex, large-scale distributed systems that balance development, operational, maintenance, and reliability costs.
Key responsibilities include participating in the development of backend systems, designing architectures for future payment-related systems, contributing to solution design and technical reviews, leading research and resolution of critical technical challenges, implementing core architecture, writing high-quality code, training and guiding developers, and leading the design and innovation of real-time computing systems. Additionally, the role involves driving the architectural evolution of the trading matching engine and leading the development of rule engines and other middleware systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 8 years of hands-on development experience in Java and its ecosystem. Experience in developing and optimizing large-scale data aggregation, query, and computation systems is essential. Familiarity with Java-related frameworks such as Spring Cloud Alibaba and MyBatis, proficiency in Redis and at least one MQ technology like RabbitMQ or RocketMQ, and experience with middleware such as SkyWalking and CAT are required. A deep understanding of transactions and distributed transactions, as well as experience with large-scale system refactoring and exposure to DDD, middleware platforms, and CI/CD, are highly desirable. CEX experience is mandatory.
