The Senior IT Systems Engineer at Heidrick & Struggles plays a pivotal role within the Infrastructure & Operations team, which is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the company's global IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an established Network Engineer, capable of designing, building, and supporting global network infrastructure. Advanced troubleshooting skills and a deep knowledge of Network Operating Systems (e.g., Cisco IOS) and diagnostic tools are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively across various IT functions and business lines is also crucial.
