Engine is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to craft and execute dynamic internal communication strategies that resonate with a diverse, distributed workforce. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every team member, from remote employees to executives, is aligned with the company's mission and vision. Engine is a rapidly growing company transforming business travel by integrating corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management into a seamless platform.

In this role, you will oversee the production of weekly virtual All Hands meetings and high-impact, in-person quarterly town halls, treating these events as productions rather than mere meetings. You will lead change management initiatives, developing plans that help employees understand and adapt to shifting priorities. Additionally, you will define and maintain the culture and norms of the company's Slack community, ensuring it remains a high-signal, high-energy environment. Collaborating closely with leaders and executives, you will provide strategic communications advice to deliver messages with clarity and impact. You will also create rituals that celebrate company values, reinforcing the culture through recognition and shared experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in communications, showcasing creativity and a unique approach. Strong judgment regarding tone and timing is essential. Experience in fast-paced or remote-first environments is highly desirable. A background in change management or navigating the challenges of scaling organizations will be advantageous.
