This role is integral to the firm's People Teams, providing technical support and expertise in managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), primarily Workday. The Senior HRIS Analyst will collaborate closely with HR and IT departments to ensure the HRIS is up-to-date, accurate, and effectively meets the organization's needs.

In this position, the Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for automating HR processes, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR projects. The role involves collaboration with HR teams and other departments, analyzing and improving HR data processes, and assisting with system upgrades and reporting. Additionally, the Senior HRIS Analyst will provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures, and will be involved in business requirements gathering and analysis, design, testing, documentation, and end-user training for upgrades, updates, and enhancements.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least five years of experience in HRIS, particularly with Workday. Proficiency in HRIS configuration and data management is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience in implementing and supporting large-scale HRIS systems is also required.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of $120,000 to $135,000 per year.
