Senior HRIS Analyst, Integrations & Security
Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 U.S. offices, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Integrations & Security. This role is integral to the firm's HRIS team, focusing on optimizing and securing the Workday environment. The position reports directly to the Senior HRIS Manager and collaborates closely with IT, HR, and Finance departments to ensure seamless data integration and system security.
Key responsibilities include designing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems such as ATS, LMS, Benefits, and Identity Management. The analyst will manage API-based integrations, SFTP feeds, and middleware tools like Workday Studio, EIB, or Boomi. Additionally, the role involves configuring and maintaining Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate user access, and conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, operations, or related fields, with over five years of experience in Workday integration tools and security configurations. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are required. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and knowledge of security compliance standards like GDPR are advantageous.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 USD, along with benefits such as a 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
