Senior HRIS Analyst, Integrations & Security
Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 U.S. offices, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Integrations & Security. This role is based in Houston, Texas, and reports directly to the Senior HRIS Manager. The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and continuously enhancing Wilson Elser's Workday environment. Key duties include designing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems such as ATS, LMS, Benefits, and Identity Management. The role also involves collaborating with IT to manage API-based integrations, SFTP feeds, and middleware tools like Workday Studio, EIB, or Boomi. Additionally, the analyst will configure and maintain Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity and security across the firm's systems.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, operations, or related fields, along with over five years of experience with Workday integration tools and security configurations. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Web Services, and other integration tools is essential. Experience in configuring Workday security roles, security groups, and permissions is also required. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as is a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data.
