Senior HRBP
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Similarweb will support the Sales and Marketing organization in New York City. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategies into effective organizational design, talent management, and team effectiveness. The HRBP will report to the Vice President of Human Resources for Sales and Marketing and serve as the regional HR leader for the New York teams, overseeing employee relations, office engagement, and the daily people experience in the region.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws, managing employee relations with sound judgment, and partnering with Payroll and Finance for accurate payroll processing. The HRBP will utilize systems like ADP to maintain accurate employee records and support core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. This role requires a hands-on, business-first approach to help teams perform better through practical HR partnership.
Candidates should have over seven years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments, with strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership. A hands-on, pragmatic style with strong judgment and people skills is essential. Experience in managing employee relations, navigating complex workplace situations, and solid knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance, particularly in New York, are required. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems like ADP and a Bachelor's degree or higher are also necessary.
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $120,000 to $180,000, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, potential equity, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave. Individual compensation is based on qualifications and relevant experience, and the salary range may vary for candidates in other locations.
