Inbound Sales Development Representative
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Similarweb, you will be the initial point of contact for inbound prospects, guiding them through the value of our digital intelligence solutions. This role is integral to our sales pipeline, directly impacting our growth by converting leads into qualified opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound communications such as calls, chats, and contact forms to identify and qualify potential clients. You will provide tailored insights and data that demonstrate how Similarweb's solutions can enhance their digital strategies. Additionally, you will coordinate with sales managers to schedule meetings and collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight our platform's value to registered users.
The ideal candidate is proficient in English and possesses a strong work ethic with excellent relationship-building skills. While previous experience in customer-facing roles or marketing is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with Salesforce is also beneficial. Candidates should be available to work Monday through Friday and be adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The base salary for this position in the Burlington, Massachusetts area is $56,000, with a target on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $70,000, depending on performance.
