NetSuite & Financial Applications Specialist
The NetSuite & Financial Applications Specialist at Similarweb serves as the primary point of contact for all finance-related systems, with a focus on NetSuite and Zuora. This role involves maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the company's ERP and related financial systems to support the organization's digital intelligence platform. The specialist will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to translate business processes into scalable system solutions.
Key responsibilities include leading system-related projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support. The specialist will design and maintain integrations between financial systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. Additionally, they will provide hands-on support for day-to-day system issues and ensure all systems and processes comply with SOX requirements. Continuous identification of opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and data quality across financial processes is also expected.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in financial systems or ERP management, with specific expertise in NetSuite, including workflows, saved searches, configurations, and customization. Experience supporting finance and accounting processes in a SaaS environment is essential, along with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are also required.
