You will play an active part in the end-to-end lifecycle of direct mail marketing, from strategy and design through measurement and refinement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct mail or offline acquisition marketing, preferably within financial services or fintech industries. Required qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, demonstrated expertise in channel management, and exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Experience with rapid testing, iterating on creative, and scaling customer acquisition is essential, as is familiarity with attribution and performance measurement for direct mail.
