Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Oriented)
Gong is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a frontend orientation to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will lead the development of intuitive and scalable applications, collaborating closely with diverse teams to shape cutting-edge SaaS solutions in our innovative, fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of features from ideation and design, working closely with Product and UX teams, through implementation across frontend and backend, to production and monitoring. You will participate in architecture discussions, influencing both frontend and backend decisions to shape scalable and maintainable systems. Additionally, you will leverage learning opportunities, workshops, and hands-on challenges to continuously expand your professional growth.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience developing web applications, with strong expertise in JavaScript and React. Solid backend development experience in languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java is essential. Experience building scalable, cloud-based systems and a deep understanding of system design across frontend and backend components are also required. A strong sense of ownership, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team are crucial for success in this role.
