Senior Frontend Engineer

Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of user-facing applications within its membership ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to build scalable, AI-driven web applications from the ground up, catering to a global audience of over 100 million users.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex web applications. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining reusable UI components, collaborating with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences, and leading technical design discussions. You will also focus on optimizing performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across core user flows.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus, including expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular is preferred. A deep understanding of performance optimization, testing strategies, accessibility, and web standards is essential. Familiarity with AI coding agents and modern tooling is also advantageous.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $178,000 to $223,000, complemented by equity and benefits. The position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of approximately three days per week in the San Mateo, CA office.
