Senior Frontend Developer

Gong is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Tel Aviv. As a key member of our Frontend Guild, you will play a pivotal role in developing intuitive and scalable applications that enhance our Revenue AI Operating System. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the features you develop, from initial ideation and wireframing in partnership with Product and UX teams, through to production deployment. You will participate in architectural discussions, influencing the future of our codebase and establishing best practices. Additionally, you will engage in continuous learning through dedicated time and professional workshops provided by Gong.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in web application development, with a deep understanding of JavaScript and strong proficiency in React. Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Node.js, or C# is advantageous. Experience in building large-scale, cloud-based web applications and designing system architectures is essential. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. Effective communication skills in English and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial.
