Senior FP&A Manager
Diligent Corporation is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior FP&A Manager to join our global Post-Sales organization, encompassing Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Onboarding. This pivotal role involves driving financial planning, forecasting, investment evaluation, and operational insights to enhance Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and overall post-sales efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Director of Post-Sales Finance & Operations, the position offers high visibility and impact within the company.
Key responsibilities include supporting Post-Sales leadership in translating strategy into an executable operating model, encompassing capacity planning, segmentation, coverage design, service model evolution, process improvement, and KPI frameworks aligned with long-term financial and GDR objectives. The role also involves managing monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes, deploying AI-enabled forecasting frameworks, evaluating the financial impact of retention initiatives, and creating executive-ready financial and operational analyses.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a senior financial and strategy & operations role within a complex organization, preferably in a SaaS or computer software company. Essential skills include excellent analytical abilities, proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel, advanced knowledge of ERP financial systems, and a strong understanding of go-to-market metrics. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
