Support Training Specialist
As a Support Training Specialist at Diligent Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the proficiency and productivity of our support team members. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and facilitating scenario-based eLearning modules, sandbox practice sessions, and live virtual training that enable new team members to become confident and customer-ready swiftly. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, support managers, product teams, and operations, you will translate new product releases and process changes into task-based learning materials that are both engaging and effective. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools throughout the authoring workflow to enhance the quality and efficiency of training content.
To excel in this role, you should possess at least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer, preferably within a SaaS, customer support, or technical enablement environment. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia is essential, along with experience in an LMS/LXP setting. A strong portfolio demonstrating the integration of AI in content creation, media, and knowledge checks is highly desirable. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person, coupled with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and project management, will contribute to your success in this position.
