Senior FP&A Analyst

Xometry is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead the development and management of our consolidated financial framework. This role involves overseeing forecasting and reporting across Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements, providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership, and guiding resource allocation decisions. The position is based in Bangalore, India, and offers a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities include leading the operating expense forecasting process, acting as a financial consultant to department heads, and managing the annual planning cycle. The analyst will drive complex cash flow forecasting, develop models to analyze liquidity movements, and own the evolution of global forecast models. Additionally, the role involves optimizing planning and reporting tools, building dynamic reports for trend analysis, and conducting high-impact analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking, preferably within high-growth or public companies. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA being advantageous. The role demands expert-level Excel skills, proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Looker, and a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating financial data into actionable strategies.
