Senior Field Marketing Manager, APAC (ex-Japan & Korea)
The Senior Field Marketing Manager, APAC (excluding Japan and Korea) at Similarweb is a pivotal role within the Revenue Marketing team, based in Singapore. This position focuses on developing and executing regional marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation across the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, contributing significantly to the company's growth in these markets.
Key responsibilities include planning and managing regional events from inception to completion, encompassing logistics, vendor coordination, on-site execution, lead capture, and measuring return on investment. The manager will also support go-to-market teams by organizing and presenting campaign and event performance data, optimizing regional marketing expenditures to maximize ROI, and ensuring all field campaigns are launched on time and within budget, in alignment with the global marketing strategy. Additionally, the role involves managing daily operations, budgets, vendors, and purchase orders to ensure seamless execution, as well as leading customer marketing initiatives such as case studies, testimonials, and video content.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B or SaaS environment is required. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential due to the role's coverage of the Greater China region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing regional events and local campaigns from start to finish, strong communication, project management, and vendor management skills, and be highly organized and adaptable. Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, along with strong data and ROI analysis capabilities, is also necessary. Willingness to travel as needed for regional events, meetups, and market activities is expected.
