Senior Events Marketing Manager

Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Events Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and lead generation across key sectors such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. This role is pivotal in managing events marketing, including tradeshows, customer summits, and third-party activations like trade advertising and influencer campaigns.

The Senior Events Marketing Manager will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from budget management and site selection to contract negotiation and post-event ROI analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining a detailed calendar of events, collaborating with Sales, Product, Brand, and Communications teams to define event goals and messaging, leading promotional efforts, managing event logistics, and driving attendee engagement through creative experiences.

Candidates should have over 6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on managing industry events, advertising, and influencer relationships. Preferred experience includes work in manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors. Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Workspace, and the ability to travel up to 25% for event execution are essential.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
