Senior Events Marketing Manager

The Senior Events Marketing Manager at Xometry will play a pivotal role in the company's marketing team, overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of key events that drive brand awareness and business growth. Xometry, a leading AI-powered marketplace for on-demand manufacturing, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to help shape B2B engagement opportunities and bolster Xometry’s position as an industry innovator.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end event processes, including corporate conferences, trade shows, industry summits, and hosted customer events. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless event experiences. You will own event calendars, manage budgeting and logistics, develop promotional plans, and ensure high-quality attendee engagement and brand messaging.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree and has at least 7 years of experience in event marketing, with a proven record managing large-scale, in-person and virtual events. Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with B2B SaaS or tech environments and experience with event management software are highly preferred.
