Senior Events Marketing Manager
Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Events Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and lead generation across key industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. This role is pivotal in managing the company's presence at trade shows, customer summits, and other events, ensuring alignment with Xometry's mission to connect innovators with manufacturing solutions.
The Senior Events Marketing Manager will oversee the entire event lifecycle, including budget management, site selection, contract negotiation, and post-event analysis. Responsibilities encompass executing Xometry's events program, collaborating with Sales, Product, Brand, and Communications teams to define event goals and messaging, and managing all event logistics such as booth design, vendor negotiations, and on-site staffing. Additionally, the role involves driving attendee engagement through creative experiences and coordinating with partners to foster engagement and loyalty.
Candidates should possess over six years of B2B marketing experience, with at least three years dedicated to managing industry events, advertising, and influencer relationships. Preferred experience includes work in manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors. Essential skills include strong project management and organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Workspace, and a data-driven mindset with attention to detail. The role requires the ability to travel up to 25% for event execution.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
