As the Senior Director of Product Management at LVT, you will lead the strategic vision for the company's Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will bridge the gap between high-level organizational goals and technical execution across the Prevent, Respond, and Recover pillars. This role offers flexibility to be based at the headquarters in American Fork, UT; Seattle, WA; or remotely within the United States, with occasional travel to headquarters or client sites as needed.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing a multi-year product strategy for the Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars, ensuring alignment with the Chief Product Officer's vision and LVT's overarching growth targets. You will drive the evolution of the "Prevent" capabilities by overseeing the integration of Edge and Cloud AI analytics, talkdown features, and deterrent efficacy tools. Additionally, you will lead the "Respond" and "Recover" initiatives by managing complex integrations with Video Management System leaders and Alert Management platforms to position LVT as the central hub of site intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive product management leadership experience, ideally within SaaS, AI, IoT, or physical security industries. A deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows, Video Management Systems, and API-driven ecosystem integrations is essential. Strong understanding of enterprise-grade security protocols, including experience navigating FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar compliance frameworks, is required. Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives are also necessary.

The annual salary range for this role is $240,000 to $319,200, determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Total earning potential is enhanced by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and employees become owners from day one through the employee equity program.
