Senior Director of Sales (Position located in Arlington, Virginia)

The Senior Director of SMB Account Executives at KnowBe4 is responsible for leading and managing a team of SMB Account Executive Directors and Account Executives. This role is pivotal in driving the company's strategic success by overseeing revenue-generating activities and enhancing sales techniques to boost productivity. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and is open to candidates located in the Washington, DC area.

Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance metrics, collaborating with the Director of Training to implement coaching strategies, ensuring accurate pipeline management, and assisting in the recruitment of additional personnel. The Senior Director will also conduct bi-monthly pipeline reviews, meet or exceed overall revenue objectives, maintain precise reporting, and provide recommendations regarding the hiring, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience successfully running a sales organization or territory, managing a SaaS sales force, and consistently exceeding quotas. Proficiency with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, the ability to motivate a sales team, and a passion for IT security are also required.
