Senior Director, International - Digital
Alo Yoga is seeking an executive-level, entrepreneurial-minded leader to serve as the Senior Director, International - Digital. This pivotal role involves shaping and accelerating the company's global growth across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Senior Director will act as a strategic partner in defining international strategies and driving execution across diverse markets.
Key responsibilities include overseeing weekly international business reporting, managing profit and loss for the international segment, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Digital Growth, Site Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Operations, and Regional Retail Leadership to optimize international performance. Additionally, the Senior Director will evaluate localization opportunities in priority markets and develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience at the Senior Director level or higher, with demonstrated ownership of significant profit and loss or business segments. A strategic generalist with strong analytical skills, the candidate should be comfortable navigating both high-level strategy and detailed execution. Operational expertise with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact is essential. Experience in marketing and/or growth is strongly preferred, along with a global mindset and experience managing or scaling businesses across multiple regions. The position is based in Los Angeles, and candidates must be willing to relocate if not already in the area.
The base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $270,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
