Senior Director, Enterprise Sales-Supplier Services
Xometry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director to establish and lead a new Enterprise segment within Thomas, focusing on delivering data and digital solutions to major industrial brands and national manufacturers. This foundational role involves designing the sales strategy, building the team, and closing high-value, complex deals with large industrial companies.
The Senior Director will be responsible for designing the overall Enterprise sales strategy, establishing initial pipelines and processes, and aligning cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Xometry leadership. The role includes managing full-cycle sales engagements with Fortune 1000-level manufacturers, developing account-specific strategies, and building trusted relationships to position Thomas as a long-term strategic partner.
Candidates should have over 10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in marketing, data, digital, SaaS, or marketplace solutions for large industrial companies. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proven success in building or scaling an enterprise segment, a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder, six-figure enterprise deals, and strong strategic planning skills are essential. Experience in manufacturing, industrial supply, distribution, or OEM environments is strongly preferred.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $170,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
