Xometry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director to establish and lead a new Enterprise segment within Thomas, focusing on delivering data and digital solutions to major industrial brands and national manufacturers. This foundational role involves designing the sales strategy, building the team, and closing high-value, complex deals with large industrial companies.

The Senior Director will be responsible for designing the overall Enterprise sales strategy, establishing initial pipelines and processes, and creating cross-functional alignment across various departments. They will own full-cycle sales engagements with Fortune 1000-level manufacturers, develop account-specific strategies, and build trusted relationships positioning Thomas as a long-term strategic partner.

Candidates should have over 10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling marketing, data, digital, SaaS, or marketplace solutions to large industrial companies. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proven success in building or scaling an enterprise segment, a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder, six-figure+ enterprise deals, and exceptional communication and consultative selling capabilities are essential.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $170,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
