Senior Data Engineer | Unverified Partner Content Team
Wellhub is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our CARE - Unverified Partner Content team in Brazil. This team is dedicated to building and maintaining a comprehensive database of information on our existing and potential partners, which is crucial for enhancing partner content, user recommendations, and overall platform quality. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing AI-powered solutions by providing high-quality data to fuel Wellhub’s generative AI products.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models and structures that enable efficient querying and analysis. You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to transform and process large volumes of data from various sources, adding business context and semantics to the data. Additionally, you will implement automated data quality checks to ensure data quality and consistency throughout the entire data lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has experience creating robust and scalable data models from business requirements and has worked collaboratively to collect, prepare, and analyze complex business data. You should be able to engage engineering and product teams to elicit requirements and present solutions to top management. Knowledge of data pipeline tools and technologies such as Airflow, EMR, and Kafka is essential. You should be comfortable understanding big data concepts to ingest, process, and make data available for data scientists, business analysts, and product teams, while maintaining data consistency across the entire data ecosystem.
