Senior Customer Success Manager
The Senior Customer Success Manager at Workstream serves as the primary post-sale contact for customers, focusing on building strong relationships and driving the adoption of Workstream's all-in-one HR platform. This role is integral to ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction, particularly within the rapidly growing restaurant sector. Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers to ensure smooth implementation of payroll and workforce tools, serving as a product expert to guide customers on best practices in hiring and payroll, and proactively monitoring account health to identify opportunities for upselling, training, or risk mitigation. The role also involves renewing existing business and collaborating with Growth Account Executives for expansion opportunities. Additionally, the Senior Customer Success Manager partners with various teams, including Implementations, Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation, ideally within a payroll, HRIS, or SaaS company. A deep understanding of payroll processing, labor law compliance, or benefits administration is essential. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders, and a proactive mindset with strong project management and organizational abilities. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, or UpdateAI is also necessary. The position is based in Lehi, Utah, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
