Strategic Project Lead
Workstream is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that enhance revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and various teams, including product, sales, operations, and customer success, to execute projects from conception to completion. The position is based in San Francisco or Menlo Park, requiring a full-time, on-site presence five days per week.
Key responsibilities include managing extensive networks to collect and organize video data, developing systems for data collection and labeling, leading large-scale operational initiatives, and designing scalable processes to support company growth. The role also entails analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective resource and stakeholder management.
Candidates should possess 4-8 years of experience in operations, strategy, product management, consulting, finance, or within a high-growth startup environment. A proven track record of executing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact is essential. Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to make informed decisions with incomplete information are crucial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with a high ownership mindset and adaptability to ambiguous environments, are also required.

The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $180,000 in San Francisco, excluding discretionary bonuses or equity packages. Compensation is determined based on factors such as skill set, experience, job scope, and current market data.
