As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ridgeline, you will support a portfolio of investment and wealth management clients within our Growth business segment. Your role involves accelerating time-to-value, deepening product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure strong retention and customer satisfaction. Ridgeline is a rapidly growing fintech company dedicated to modernizing the investment management industry with innovative, AI-enabled solutions.

In this position, you will build trusted relationships with clients to support product adoption and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include guiding customers through pre-implementation readiness, coordinating onboarding, developing account plans aligned with customer objectives, and driving product adoption through training sessions and strategic guidance. You will also identify opportunities for revenue expansion, manage renewal cycles, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and other Customer Experience teams to resolve issues and remove adoption barriers.

The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS account management, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles. A strong interest in financial markets and the institutional investment lifecycle is essential, along with experience managing customer relationships and driving product adoption in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment, and an analytical mindset to interpret usage data are also required.

Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package, including participation in the Company Stock Plan, unlimited vacation, educational and wellness reimbursements, and $0 cost employee insurance plans. The typical starting compensation range for this role is $104,000 to $130,000 OTE, with higher ranges in select locations.
