Senior Counsel, Trademark & IP

Alo Yoga is seeking a Senior Counsel, Trademark & IP to oversee and expand its global brand portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Intellectual Property, this role involves leading legal support for trademark strategy, clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and brand collaborations. The Senior Counsel will also provide legal guidance on contracts, employment, litigation, and general corporate matters related to trademark and IP issues.
