Senior Construction Project Manager

The Senior Construction Project Manager at ALO will lead the planning and execution of renovation, remodel, and special projects across North America. This role acts as the primary liaison between store teams, headquarters, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption to store operations and customer experience. The position requires overseeing all phases of project delivery to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion.

Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of assigned projects, developing detailed schedules and phasing plans, and ensuring proper permitting and alignment with internal teams. The role also involves reviewing design sets, managing contractor bidding and awards, leading project status meetings, and maintaining accurate budget forecasts. Regular site visits are necessary to ensure quality and schedule adherence, along with coordinating project closeout documentation.

Candidates should have 6–8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail, particularly in renovations or special projects. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, strong communication skills, and proficiency with project management software are essential. Attention to detail, a commitment to high execution standards, and experience in fast-paced environments are also required.
