Senior Cloud Security Engineer
The Senior Cloud Security Engineer at LVT will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect the company's cloud environments, applications, and data. This role requires deep technical expertise in modern cloud platforms and a strategic mindset to address evolving security challenges.
Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing security controls, conducting risk assessments, performing penetration tests, managing vulnerabilities, and hardening systems for cloud services and workloads. The engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure solution delivery and effective risk management. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security practices, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, and leading incident investigations with root cause analysis and remediation actions.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience securing public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including architecture design and security operations. Proficiency with cloud security tools and practices, programming and scripting languages like Python or Bash, and automation frameworks is essential. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, as well as knowledge of network and application security, is also required. Strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills are crucial.
