They should possess a proven ability to influence artist management and senior stakeholders, establishing new ways of working with partners. Strong leadership skills are essential, with the capacity to prioritize effectively, manage complexity, and maximize team output. An entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach is crucial, leveraging data and insights to inform ideas, challenge assumptions, and influence decision-making confidently. A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital, audience, or marketing roles is required.
