Senior ARI Specialist - LATAM

Engine is seeking a Senior ARI Specialist to join their Availability, Rates, and Inventory (ARI) team within the Supply department. This team is responsible for managing Engine's hotel inventory, ensuring competitive rates, and providing strategic data to the sales organization. The role involves both operational execution and strategic planning to enhance rate operations across a vast portfolio of properties.

In this position, the Senior ARI Specialist will oversee rate loading and management processes, handling inquiries and tickets from the ARI Intake board. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving complex rate discrepancies, writing and maintaining SQL queries for data validation, developing Python scripts to automate workflows, and maintaining Salesforce-based reporting systems. The role also involves creating dashboards to monitor rate quality and operational performance, collaborating with various teams to address rate-related issues, and developing standard operating procedures as rate operations scale.

Candidates should have at least three years of experience in technical operations, business analysis, or analytics, preferably with exposure to rate management or inventory operations. Proficiency in SQL is required, with the ability to write queries against modern data warehouses. Experience with Salesforce, including reports and dashboards, is necessary, and familiarity with Python for scripting and automation is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.
